These are some questions I can ask to see what you resonate with or what triggers you. This can spark your interest to really go deeper and I will challenge you and give you tools to really find the answers within yourself instead of looking for them in the outside world.

It could also simply be that you want to incorporate more rest and find a good balance between exertion and relaxation in your current life. Learning to listen to your body to see what your body is trying to tell you instead of just looking at your symptoms.
