How it works?
By engaging in conversation, we explore the theme(s) that you are struggling with and not making progress on your own. As a coach, I help you to look differently and create a piece of awareness with the goal of reaching new insights. But it doesn’t stop there. From this new insight, I take you into a guided meditation in which we set an intention on this new insight, so that the insight and new intention become more deeply anchored in your body consciousness. This in fact allows any resistance in the body to be dissolved, transformed.
The theme is no longer an obstacle, but a point of attraction for a better experience!
